We did amazingly well at Lee Valley Open Meets today.
Mohammed Tambedou came 3rd in his first race with a New PB of 7:20
Came 2nd in his 1st race with a new PB of 7:14
Dylan Ellis came first in his fist race 7:24, new PB and did 7:21 in his second race, joint 3rd. We only had 10 minutes to warm up! But it was a fantastic day!
