All Ability coaching for those with additional needs is on

Monday 5.30 – 6.30 pm (10 – 14 yrs) and 6.30 – 7.30 pm (15 – Adult)

at Mark Hall Sports Centre

General training is on Tuesdays and Thursdays 

6.30 – 8.30 pm at Mark Hall Sports Centre.

Minimum age 8 years
